Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 21, 2019, Synopsys, Inc. (“Synopsys”) held an earnings conference call to announce the financial results of its third fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2019. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
