Reliance Brands Ltd., an unit of Reliance Industries Ltd. (500325.BY), said Wednesday it has entered into an exclusive long-term license agreement with U.S.-based retailer Steven Madden Ltd. (SHOO).

Under the agreement, Steve Madden products will be available through exclusive monobrand stores and premium department stores in India's major cities, Reliance Brands said in a statement.

Steve Madden will target women in the 16-40 age group and will offer a range of footwear and accessories, Reliance Brands said.
