Didn't dig that far, but the fact that preferred were issued rather than restricted, tells a lot. It smells like a merger AND preferred shares are sometimes tied to institutional investors. Speculation, but something is changing with this shell. Management already verified the first piece with a change in control that is apparently pending

No, they raised the authorized, by a minimal amount, to accommodate the preferred if sold in the future. The par value is irrelevant, almost as irrelevant as your fantasy reverse split which has no merit. Again, your opinions r not facts. Thanks though !!

I think they know when the company signed LOI deal back in June. What I like about it is that the market appreciates GRLT on the merger news. This is a very positive sign for AAPJ imo.

Funny thing about GRLT is people still don't know what is owned in the deal... the specifics aren't public yet.
