I believe this is a satellite/staging platform office Once everything is finalized, they will close down the satellite office. The new company already have their on facilities, operations, and offices. The incoming entity doesn't need to share an office with BLEG. Supposedly, they (the new company) have a 30 million a year in revenue. This is my opinion. --BirdsOfFire--

There is no "saving" It is in the toilet circling the bowl. The only consolation is tax loss harvesting. They dumped everything for a song and disappeared. They are just covering their tracks. KGKG is an empty shell. They stripped it out and moved on to other scams.

Good thing is that there's no dilution right now, very low volume.

I had my orders for 3 weeks at .0001 before it went to no bid, couldn't get any, then I gave up and cancelled my order.

The way it's now behaving, no dilution, no sellers are dumping big shares, if any.

My previous orders were to fill "all or none", because I don't want to partial fill 10,000 shares or small amounts of shares, then the ends, and I would only have gotten a tiny number of shares. The commission would cost more than that. I already have only 26m. but non at .0001. I think I'm at .0004, I have to look again.

From what I'm seeing, I think there's more hope than no hope.

Yes, this is a lotto ticket stock. I am still hoping for a miracle. But, I will not give up, never will I give up. I have been in this stock before 2013. I thought their drink business was going to be a success. But I am still here.

Once again, I see great potential. If new management can put together the new business, this is going to fly, and fly hard. I will be happy if the stock went to .005 cents. Half of 1 cent.

Personally, I don't see this taking off before the economy gets better. I wonder if the new company(s) will be affected by the new tariffs. I predict, IMO, that news will be out in July or Sept of this year. Why? The new fiscal year (FY) starts 1 Oct 25 for most companies.

Anytime overall shares increase... on the issued or float it is dilution. 
Agree lots has been taken in over last 6 mo... so IF... IF... a single group has built control... then the active float may be much smaller.

No dilution and no bid dump at T1 and T2 is getting hit. Low volume also indicates that no dilution. 6.8B OS is a good float for a merger. This float is now worth more than it currently trades now due to market sentiment and liquidity in OTC.

The question is IF.
The co has swung and missed, and misled shareholders over most of '24 (w/o going into long term prior).
Credibility is zero.
IF... IF... they drop in a real 30 mil rev co... that actually has a reliable balance sheet... actually has new shareholder value focused mgt... isnt drowning in dilutive debt... then even at 50% rev cap value that would be 8-10x current share price (est .0018, .002)
Doesnt seem like trading anticipates anything close to this.

Reading the December 5 2024 news release, the company coming in with 30M will take over management. I doubt it is a company of RC. What could he possibly have making 30M? It will be nice when all this is disclosed and we move on.

IMO he never went anywhere, he is lurking in the shadows. Why would he leave when he can keep ripping people off with his scams? He has no accountability and no consequences. The bag-holders have no recourse, or even insight, for that matter.

April 09 Share structure updated 6,806,259,454. Between March 10 to April 7, they added about 700M unrestricted shares which already absorbed by the market. I don't see any dilution.

The subs are gone. I chased down and communicated w Covert team... they are long gone. Kona Hemp has been gone since summer 24.
The last 'news' was 'working on/ finalizing' the 30mm ? reverse merge w unidentified entity.
That was over 3 mo ago. Doubt if they really had such a prospect , w real revs, we would be at 1.3mm cap. 
They are overdue on Q/K extension filing... so either another extension or drop off Pink.Also due for share count update... last mo was unchanged, first time that happened for a while.
Website has incorrect info and not updated except fot 'news'. Still has old mgt, and products. Nuvibe doesnt have listing, application, and many other use the name... so dont get why they even hang on to it. But THAT name/ extension... is on another address and number... w other RC co's

But it has traded... a bid has returned... so likely something is moving.

Yep, and if you call the number you will hear 5 extensions... Nuvibe is one. The last extension ( at least a little while back) is R something mgt... which i researched some time ago... under Robert Clark. Surprise.

RC is ceo of fifty one. I wonder if the NASA scientists , their new venture,  know about his background lol.
