This showed up on a ddamanda stock scanner a couple of weeks ago. My experience with it shows these taking about 3 to 4 months before running. So I wouldn't look for this to move until at least August.

I've been in several with 50 billion and over that ran to pennies but the chances here are decreased by the action of the CEO which is no action at all. Other than becoming current and then dumping shares.

I'm not saying this won't go somewhere but the chances here are very slim.

2 reasons to become current,

1. They have to be current to sell their shares.

2. Their required to be current to perform a reverse split.

Its 1 1/2 billion on top of the other dilution. While a billion isn't that much in otc this ticker has a long history of telling everyone that there's updates on the way while dumping shares and then no updates of any kind.

Some have said new CEO or something but there has not been any updates eluding to such.

A dilution scam is a solution scam and nothing else.
