Sleep Number Corp (the "Company") is in the process of finalizing a Form S-8 for the Sleep Number Corporation Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan (the "Plan"). The Company seeks an extension to file the Plan's Form 11-K for the period ended December 31, 2022 in order to first finalize and file the related Form S-8. The Company expects to file the Form 11-K within the extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
