I definitely agree. Cancel reverse split via the appropriate form, but I've never seen that done before.

I think it all depends on CEO capability to deal with FINRA. Just being completely neutral on the topic. Jake got a 1:500,000 on SONG May 21st, 2024. Thats the largest ive seen in quite a while. ATYG and MIKP still have not got their RS through. Been well over a year for one and 9 months in for the other. Obviously FINRA has been being tough recently. I still think a RS for this tiny float is really dumb, but I'm sure they have their reasons. I think FINRA definitely has questions about why Expert Market status, so this could take a while.

FYI-- I check ALL splits on the OTC-- VERY FEW are being allowed. The ones that are accepted are small.

Peeps buying with the intent that RS will be cancelled. To be honest, it won't be cancelled unless FINRA has issues with putting it through. I like a gamble.

I completely agree. That’s what I was trying to explain to another poster here. In the OTC that’s considered an excellent float. Additionally, if you want to influence share price a buy back would make more sense at these prices. At this point there is no justification for a reserve split.

I agree without a doubt!! Let the stock go up or down normally without an R/S!! It will attract more investors!!

Only good news is that a reverse split usually tanks the share price in the aftermath of the split. Investors hate R/S. Well, in this case we’re already at the floor so there isn’t too much damage that can be done price wise. Since they let the share price fall to .0001 I feel like a buy back would be a better option. I wouldn’t be surprised if they canceled it or at least postponed it until next year but who knows.

Yeah I sent them a message about cancelling the R/S and let this grow organically. Then do a smaller reverse. If we didn't have the reverse hanging over our heads this could easily see 0.02 and higher.

We are missing the latest Q, SEC reporting co. have 45 days to file the latest Q after the due date. Keep in mind KATX has a fiscal year end of Nov 30 not DEC 31. They filed their missing 10 k for Nov. Then filed the missing Q1 for Feb. that left Q2 for may 31. 45 days after would have been approx. July 15th. that's why they became Pink current on day 46 they were returned to EM. Lets say they were not in EM and were solicited they would have simply be put on yield and on Grace. That's it folks. No mistakes by FINRA. I am pretty sure FINRA has nothing to do with Expert market. that is simply a OTC designation. Q2 may take longer because it should have the merger in the filings. That filing should have the specifics on if or when the R/S happens
