services, today announced that Contact Solutions, a leading
provider of on-demand contact automation solutions including IVR,
email/text messaging and web transactions for business and
government, has expanded its deployment with Equinix to collocate
in its International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) data center in
Atlanta, AT1. Equinix’s global, network-neutral data center

“Contact Solutions puts a high priority on ensuring the safety
of the data submitted to its clients through their IVR platform,”
said David Ethridge, owner, Ethridge & Miller Auditors, and
partner of Contact Solutions. “Part of our auditing process is
understanding whether the vendors with which Contact Solutions
works with also put a high priority on security. We validated that
Equinix obtains the appropriate audits and adheres to strict
security guidelines, the same as Contact Solutions.”
Equinix is able to provide Contact Solutions with a broad choice
of networks that enable high-performance service delivery,
security, and business continuity. In addition to Atlanta, Contact
Solutions is deployed in three other Equinix locations including
Dallas, Ashburn, and Silicon Valley leveraging an architecture that
ensures high availability and service continuation to
customers.
“Contact Solutions is experiencing continued growth and
expansion as a result of our ability to provide secure, reliable
IVR solutions on Platform Equinix. This is now our fourth
deployment and is a testament to the trust we have in Equinix to
enable us to provide our customers with the best services and
end-user experience,” said Mark Whittle, COO Contact Solutions.
“The Equinix marketplace includes every major telecom and Internet
provider, which gives us the necessary scale and flexibility to get
our customer’s services up and running quickly. Our customers
recognize the Equinix brand and value its fast, seamless, and
scalable deployments, which makes them more willing to partner with
us.”
“Organizations like Contact Solutions that provide cloud-hosted
services to grow their businesses, need the reliability,
performance, and scale that Platform Equinix offers,” said Vince
DiMemmo, general manager, global cloud & IT service at Equinix.
“As businesses increase their reliance on cloud services, service
providers must ensure that they incorporate best practices for
service delivery and business continuity.”
