A subsidiary of C. Steinweg Handelsveem B.V. will raise its fees for storing copper at Comex-licensed warehouses in Baltimore, Comex-owner CME Group Inc. (CME) said.

C. Steinweg (Baltimore) Inc. will raise the storage fee for a ton of copper to $9 per month, CME said.

The new rates go into effect on February 1, and reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged, CME said.
