      Essentially Ken has thrown in the towel on his TBI model and shifted the narrative to crypto. He gave up control of Outdoorsmen.com and LikeRE to some real estate firm that operates as an OTC shell, which is what Ien called "going public". This is a far cry from the grandiose plans he laid out three years ago that Cowboy and others have been pumping. it is all one big scam imo. The only kicker is he still owes a few milly to those poor MJLink investors who bought shares at $2.50. Someone needs to file a lawsuit on that charade. Where's the money?

      Continue to count down, -218 trading days - until two liquidity events to happen, or not, well they kinda happened, or did they???? Just posting facts.
      Now, according to WDLF IR site, Ken stated both companies are now public. Nothing happened to share volume and share price so it appears it was a bust. Now some posters here are kicking the can down the road and saying a company isn't public until other items develop. So do we trust Ken's word, or trust some posters here? It will be interesting to see how long that is. Will it be "SOON"? Will it be this year, next year, never?
      Let see what other excuses arise due to the lack of share volume and price.

      Not an expert advise but those 2 companies went under holding companies and don't wanted to ipo or spac then nothing matters like prospects or s-1... 
      if something is public and tradable under parent company then if they wanted to uplist to bigger exchange then i think ipo or s1 type things matter... just my opinion.

      ????? I don't think this is from WDLF (Ken Tapp) I looked it up and seen it from another blogger but can't find any info from the company on this. Maybe I missed something, but I'm 99.9 percent sure these companies did not go public., unless someone has legit info.

      Decentral Life consults and licenses decentralized applications to public and private companies. TBI companies are one small part of the business model... and Outdoorsmen and LikeRE already went public. We do not have any current TBI companies that are working on going public this year. So licensing the Decentralized Applications is going to be a big boost in the arm for the company, this year and beyond.

      MjLink, INQD, and WDLF are still moving forward with the same game plan that was set out this time last year with the JV. Nothing has changed with that game plan.

      MjLink is still in the process of being re-acquired by WDLF. The hold up has been access to the capital needed to complete the re-acquisition, but that log jam has loosened up as of yesterday with DJT coming back in to fix economy (and by relation, the equities market).

      To that point, I have been on phone calls all day with institutional investment groups excited about the incoming SEC Chair… and the news released by the SEC today. We’re going to see the investment into the equities market get fired back up again, after the previous administration through a fire extinguisher on it back in 2021-22. Exciting times ahead
