Procera® Networks Inc. (NYSE Amex: PKT), the intelligent policy enforcement company, today announced it has received a $2 million follow-on order for PacketLogic™ from a Tier-1 cable MSO in North America. The customer completed an initial PacketLogic deployment in the second half of 2010 and is now expanding to accommodate a 10 Gigabit access network upgrade.

Our PacketLogic solution provides the visibility required to properly plan and dimension these networks and ensure a quality level that is at par with customer expectations to remain compelling in a competitive market."

The follow-on order consists of multiple PacketLogic PL8000 series devices. Procera introduced the next generation edition of this product family, the PL8820, in mid-February of this year. Procera recognized the majority of the revenue from this follow-on order in its 2011 first quarter, which ended March 31, 2011.
