Commerce Energy and ACN Launch Big Business Program For California,
Ohio and Texas Markets COSTA MESA, Calif., June 2
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Commerce Energy Group, Inc. (AMEX:EGR)
the largest non-utility retail energy marketer in the U.S. and ACN,
Inc., the world's largest direct selling company serving the
telecommunications and energy markets have expanded their existing
relationship and are announcing the launch today of the Big
Business program for ACN's Independent Representatives. Under the
new program, ACN Independent Representatives will now be able to
offer custom pricing and products to larger businesses with which
they have relationships in addition to their existing ability to
sign up homes and small businesses. Commerce Energy will work
directly with the ACN Big Business contacts to develop the custom
pricing and product offers as well as finalize contracts. The Big
Business Program was initially launched June 1 for natural gas
customers in California and Ohio and electricity customers in
Texas. In the future the program will be rolled out to all 19
Commerce Energy utility markets. "We expect the Big Business
program to open up tremendous opportunities to develop the
thousands of business relationships that our Independent
Representatives have," explains Greg Provenzano, President and
Co-Founder of ACN, Inc. "This exciting program is just what we had
in mind when we joined forces with Commerce Energy as the exclusive
electricity and natural gas supplier for our family of
representatives." "In talking with many of the ACN representative
leaders, we developed the idea of leveraging their business
relationships, which we believe is an obvious win-win situation for
all parties. We already service thousands of businesses and provide
custom quotes and products to those markets, and we believe ACN has
the ability to give us access to thousands of additional business
relationships. We are very excited about the program," said Peter
Weigand, President of Commerce Energy. About ACN ACN is a leading
