--Brazil's BTG Pactual SA, an independent investment bank, will be the exclusive Latin America distributor of funds managed by T. Rowe Price UCITS, Reuters reported Monday.

--Ignacio Pedrosa, BTG's head of third-party distribution, said, "We know them well because we have developed interesting projects together in Chile and Brazil," according to the report.
