--Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) on Tuesday introduced The Microsoft Classroom Pen, which was created especially for younger students, CNBC reported.

--The Classroom Pen will be available in bundled classroom packs that schools can order from Microsoft, the report said.

--The new stylus, which is compatible with Surface products, is shorter, wider and can be tethered to a computer to keep it from getting lost, the report said.
