ConocoPhillips Expands Board to 11

ConocoPhillips (COP) said Wednesday its board of directors
expanded its size with the election of Jeffrey A. Joerres as a
member.
The appointment increases the number of directors to 11.
Mr. Joerres is a former chief executive of ManpowerGroup and
former director and chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of
Chicago, the company said.
