Red Rock Resorts Announces Appointment of Stephen L. Cootey as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Red Rock Resorts, Inc. ("Red Rock Resorts", "we" or the "Company")
(NASDAQ:RRR) today announced that Stephen L. Cootey has been
appointed to the newly created position of Executive Vice President
and Chief Administrative Officer, effective March 8, 2017. In
this position, Mr. Cootey will oversee all strategic planning,
development, design and construction, information technology,
purchasing and risk management for the Company.
“Steve is an accomplished gaming executive whose skills and
experience will add tremendous value to our organization,” said
Frank J. Fertitta III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the
Company. “We are extremely pleased to have him as a member of
our senior management team and are confident that he will play a
key role in the success of the Company going forward.”
Mr. Cootey joins the Company from Wynn Resorts, Limited, where
he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Wynn Resorts, Limited from May 2014 until March 1,
2017 and Senior Vice President – Finance from January 2014 to May
2014. Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, Mr. Cootey served as
Senior Vice President – Corporate Finance for Las Vegas Sands Corp.
from March 2012 to December 2013, and Vice President – Corporate
Finance from October 2009 to March 2012. From June 2004 to
October 2009, Mr. Cootey was a Partner and Senior Research Analyst
with Prides Capital, LLC. Mr. Cootey received a B.A. in
Physics and Government from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from
Columbia Business School.
