IDT Corporation to Report Third Quarter Fiscal 2014 Results

IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT) will report its financial and operational results for the third quarter of its fiscal year 2014 on Monday, June 9, 2014 after market close.

The third quarter fiscal year 2014 (the three months ended April 30, 2014) earnings release will be filed on a Form 8-K and posted on the investor relations page of the IDT website (www.idt.net/about/ir) at approximately 4:30 PM ET on June 9th.
