CLX Medical, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CLXM), which is focused on the
marketing and distribution of unique medical diagnostic testing
products, today announced the resignation of CEO Vera Leonard,
effective March 16, 2009.

acquiring a FDA cleared, CLIA waived product that offers CLX the

sector, I am returning to my personal business of executive
coaching and leadership development," commented Ms. Leonard. "I
