Quickbase, the leading platform for Dynamic Work Management, today announced the appointments of two new leaders to its executive team: Josh Allen as Chief Revenue Officer, and Pino Soro as Senior Vice President of Operations. In addition, Chief Commercial Officer Mike McGuinness is retiring, leaving Quickbase at the end of June after more than four and half years with the company.

Josh Allen joined Quickbase in April 2024, bringing a proven track record of leading sales and revenue growth at some of the world’s best-known and fastest-growing technology and SaaS companies, including Drift, CarGurus, and LogMeIn, among others. With experience in helping fast-growing sales teams scale with customer demands, Josh has expertise in coupling effective inside sales with strategic investments in field/enterprise sales, partnerships and alliances, and strong customer success and support with a powerful marketing to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies that drive growth.

Pino Soro joined Quickbase in April 2024 as well in the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, Pino will work collaboratively across the organization to enhance connectivity, drive key initiatives, and provide crucial support in streamlining operations to support Quickbase’s goals for growth in the coming years. Pino brings with him strong experience in corporate operations, go-to-market strategy, and organizational transformation, most recently with Mimecast, where he drove business transformation and operations.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Josh and Pino to our leadership team,” said Ed Jennings, CEO of Quickbase. “Their customer-centric approach and skills will further our ability to deliver industry-specific work management solutions that use AI and the power of no-code to solve the most complex and critical challenges in construction, manufacturing, state & local government, and other industries.
