“Seth Sethness, Kent Roger, and Taylor Horn are outstanding
additions to our top-tier team of Labor and Employment lawyers,”

His cases range from a federal court wage-hour class action
alleging over $1 billion in damages, to multi-plaintiff

single-plaintiff termination and failure to promote claims.
Sethness has tried more than 35 jury and bench trials and
arbitration hearings, involving alleged race discrimination, sexual
harassment, failure to accommodate disability, retaliation, wage
and hour violations, unfair competition, whistleblowing, breach of
employment contract, and age discrimination in state and federal
courts, in addition to handling dozens of labor and employment
arbitration trials.
Sethness has been recognized as a leading labor and employment
lawyer by the Legal 500 US and Daily Journal California’s Top Labor
and Employment Lawyers and has been listed in Best Lawyers in
America for the past decade. He earned an LLM from Georgetown

practice, which is renowned for its breadth and depth of expertise
in the field. With one of the largest and most experienced
labor-employment groups in the U.S., Seyfarth is the perfect
destination for me and clients I have worked with for years,” said
Sethness. “I look forward to contributing to the firm's continued
success and serving our clients with the highest level of
dedication and professionalism."
