Precis E-business Systems ("Precis") is a SaaS-based commerce system with the capabilities to fuse product information management and e-commerce in a single hosted solution using a headless, API-driven approach. This new division is launched as PIN Commerce Solutions and will continue to build out the ecosystem provided by PIN Business Network.

Concurrent with the acquisition by PIN of Precis, Chris Leebelt, the Founder and CEO of Precis has been appointed as PIN's Chief Innovation Officer - "Joining PIN Business Network allows us to accelerate the continuing innovation of our platform and API-driven services.
