Superstores Discuss 2014 Distribution of The One World Doll
Project's Prettie Girls
One World Holdings Anticipates Imminent Roll-Out Into Big-Box
Store Chains
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 11, 2014) - One World
Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OWOO) ("One World") announced today that its
subsidiary, The One World Doll Project, has engaged in a series of
discussions with several big-box superstores, to secure major
distribution across the country for The Prettie Girls!™
multi-cultural dolls.
"This is a very exciting time for One World," stated Joanne
Melton, CEO of One World Holdings. "A number of very lucrative
opportunities have opened up for us with several big-box store
chains since the Toy Fair 2014. What is most extraordinary
however, is the speed in which a few of these superstore chains are
encouraging us to roll-out The Prettie Girls!™ product
line. We could very well secure deals with at least one, if
not two, major U.S. store chains before the end of this second
quarter."
Big-Box stores, a.k.a superstores or megastores, are physically
large retail chains, generally comprised of hundreds of store
locations in either a particular geographic region, or spanning a
country. Management has suggested that while 'category killers'
like Toys "R" US, Inc., are normally the "holy grail" for
children's toys, The Prettie Girls!™ offer a unique
perspective and play experience for children; something that
isolating the doll line to a singular store type could
limit.
Ms. Melton continued, "Our founder, Trent T. Daniel, has a
broader vision for One World and The One World Doll
Project. Therefore, we are in talks with buyers from toy
retailers, to warehouse club stores, to regional and national
hypermarkets. Our ambition is not to simply sell millions of dolls,
but to touch the lives of a million little hearts. Luckily, we
have been fortunate enough to find that many of the chain stores we
are currently in discussions with, support this endeavor and share
in this vision."
As Ms. Melton mentioned in yesterday's release regarding One
World's relationship with major online retailer Wayfair LLC
(Wayfair.com), she expects to see demand from major retail chains
grow considerably over the next two quarters. Management is
firmly confident that One World's first superstore roll-out is
imminently on the horizon.
