Sale of Vessel

Yujin International Ltd, the owner and charterer of a fleet of tankers operating in the Asia Pacific region, today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Yujin Marine Pte Ltd has completed the sale of 1990-built 4,280 dwt single hull port limit trading bunker tanker, M/T Ruby Star. The purchaser is a Panama registered operator that paid total cash consideration of US$0.485 million. The vessel has been delivered to her new owners. Proceeds of the sale will be used to partly repay an existing bank loan and for working capital purposes.

The Company has two remaining regional tankers, Arcturus and Team Bee, on time charter.
