Net Asset Value at 19 November 2010

Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 19 November 2010 was US$134.24 million (12 November 2010: US$154.14 million).

As at 19 November 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$2.028 as at that date (12 November 2010: US$2.329).
