Company:Ventus 2 VCT plc (the "Company") 
Subject:        Offer for Subscription 
 
 
The Company announces that it has published a Prospectus to raise, together with 
Ventus VCT plc, up to GBP20 million (the "Offer"). 
 
 
The Offer, which is subject to the passing of shareholders' resolutions, opened 
on 12 February 2009 and is expected to close on 3 April 2009 in respect of the 
2008/2009 tax year (or an earlier date on which the Offer is fully subscribed) 
and may remain open for part of the 2009/2010 tax year. The Offer is for up to 
20,000,000 "C" shares of 25 pence each which will be issued at a price of 100 
pence each payable in full on application. 
 
 
A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will 
be available shortly for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document 
Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
