Director's Dealing

The board of the Company was informed on 3 April 2008 that Adam Mills, a
Director, transferred 80,094 shares in the Company, at a price of 19.5 pence
per share, from Mills Services Limited, a company controlled by Mr Mills, to
himself.

Mr Mills' interest in the Company remains unchanged as a result of this
transfer, being 4,588,806 shares representing approximately 10.4 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr Mills has options over 1,093,332
ordinary shares of 10 pence each.

The issued share capital of the Company is 43,980,188 ordinary shares of 10
pence each.
