Tethys Petroleum Limited Announces Election of Directors
GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS--(Marketwired - June 12, 2014) - Tethys Petroleum Limited (TSX:TPL)(LSE:TPL) (the
"Company") announces that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular for the Annual and Special
Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on June 12, 2014, as set out below, were elected as directors of
the Company. The Directors were elected at the Meeting by show of hands in accordance with the Company's
articles as indicated below. Details of the proxies received are set out in the table below.
