Tangent was notified on 16(th) November 2011 that on 16(th) November 2011 Piers Caldecote, non-executive Chairman of the Company, together with his spouse, purchased 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.25 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Piers Caldecote is directly interested in 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Tangent which represents approximately 1.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
