Tangent was notified on 3 February 2009 that on that date Piers Caldecote, who 
is Non-executive Chairman of Tangent, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in 
Tangent at a price of 2.5 pence per share. 
 
 
After the transaction Piers Caldecote held an interest in 1,500,000 ordinary 
shares of 1p each in Tangent which represents approximately 0.9% of the 
company's issued ordinary share capital.
