Following the acquisition of the shares Mr Ziff's holding in the company is 5,853,560 beneficial shares, representing 11.01% of the issued share capital.

Following the acquisition Mr Lewis' holding in the company is 318,975 beneficial shares, representing 0.60% of the issued share capital.

Following the acquisition Mr Kelly's holding in the company is 11,774 beneficial shares, representing 0.02% of issued share capital.

The company was notified of such acquisitions on the 7 December 2011.
