7,511,113 shares, representing 14.13% of the issued share capital. 
 
Following the acquisition Mr Lewis' holding in the company is 317,201 shares, 
representing 0.60% of the issued share capital. 
 
The company was noticed of such acquisitions on the 7 December 2010.
