DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDINGS
Town Centre Securities PLC ("Company") have today been informed that on 18
September 2009 Michael and Edward Ziff, Non-executive Director and Chairman and
Chief Executive respectively, each sold 100,000 ordinary 25 pence shares in the
company (being 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital) at GBP1.925 per
share.
The above transactions do not impact on the total holding of the Concert Party
or Michael and Edward Ziff's total voting rights.
Following completion of the sale of the shares their residual holdings are as
