Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds based property investment company, 
announces the appointment of Howard Stanton as a non-executive director with 
effect from 23 April 2009. Non-executive director Robin Smith, who had been a 
director of TCS since 1999, stepped down from the board on 23 April 2009. 
 
 
Howard Stanton is a certified account and currently holds non-executive 
directorships with Delek Global Real Estate plc, O Twelve Estates Limited, both 
AIM listed companies, Anglo Scottish Properties PLC, Rock Joint Ventures Limited 
and Stylo plc. Howard was formerly Chairman and previously Managing Director of 
Allied London Properties plc. 
 
 
 
 
Save for these appointments there is no other information which requires 
disclosure under the Listing Rules (LR 9.6.13) concerning his appointment.
