Centre Securities PLC ("Town Centre") has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares
in Rugby at 496.5p per share. This brings its holding to 472,500 ordinary
shares, representing 4.072% of Rugby's issued share capital (4.189% excluding
treasury shares)
