Centre Securities PLC ("Town Centre") has today purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares in Rugby at 496.5p per share. This brings its holding to 422,500 ordinary
shares, representing 3.64% of Rugby's issued share capital (3.75% excluding
treasury shares).
