The  Company was notified yesterday, in accordance with Section  198  of
the  Companies Act that Schroder Investment Management Limited  and  its
subsidiaries now have an interest in 5,435,000 5p ordinary shares in the
company,  representing 13.171% of the issued ordinary share  capital  of
the Company.
