Management Holdings Plc and Gartmore Investment Management Plc no longer
have  a  notifiable interest within the meaning of the of Section 199(2)
of  the Act. However, National Westminster Bank Plc continues to have an
interest  in  4,077,400 ordinary shares of which the three  above  named
companies have an interest in 4,077,000 of those shares.
