Sportsworld Media Group plc ("Sportsworld")

Additional Listing

Sportsworld announces that it has issued and will apply to the London Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for admission of 200,000 new ordinary
shares in Sportsworld ("new Ordinary Shares") to (i) the Official List and
(ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities
("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares have been issued in part consideration
for the acquisition of Fairways Down Under Pty Limited ("Fairways"). The
remaining consideration will be satisfied by the payment to the vendors of
AUS$100,000 in cash on completion.

Fairways is an Australian company which provides corporate management
services, such as golf days, and acts as agent for a number of sporting
personalities and teams. Fairways has worked closely with Australian Media
Holdings Pty Limited ("AMH"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sportsworld, and
the directors of Sportsworld believe that it will be beneficial to the
business of AMH now to acquire Fairways. 

It is expected that admission in respect of the new Ordinary Shares will be
effective on 5 July 2000.
