This figure has been reduced since the last block list review to reflect
the number of share options that remain in existence under the 2005 EMI
Scheme. This change is due to the voluntary surrender of share options,
as announced by regulatory information service on 8 October 2018, that
included options awarded under the 2005 EMI Scheme. Other share options
issued under the 2005 EMI Scheme lapsed due to employees leaving the
Company and these changes are also reflected in the reduced figure. No
new share options will be issued under the 2005 EMI Scheme.
