Southern Rock Films plc ("Southern Rock" or "the Company")

                          �40,000 working capital loans

Southern Rock announces that Christiaan Ouwinga Beheer BV (a shareholder) and
Michael Pritchett (a director) have each agreed to lend the Company and
deposited with the Company's bankers the sum of �20,000 for use as working
capital. The loans have been made on an unsecured basis and do not carry any
entitlement to interest. The only term of these loans is that repayment of
principal will not be before 1 June 2007.

The directors (with the exception of Michael Pritchett in view of his
involvement in the transaction) consider, having consulted with the Companys
nominated adviser, that the terms of the loans are fair and reasonable insofar
as shareholders are concerned.

The Company and the lenders may, subject to board approval, subsequently agree
further terms for these loans including an interest rate and conversion terms
which will be notified if and when agreed.
