                                Financial Update
                                        
Further to the announcement of 5 December 2005 the Directors of Southern Rock
have reviewed the working capital position in the light of the shortfall from
the maximum possible original subscription amounting to �255,000.

This will affect the Companys ability to pursue all of the business objectives
and policy set out in the Companys Admission Document dated 22 June 2005.

The Directors are consulting with the Companys advisers as to the most
appropriate steps to be taken and are in discussions with a number of potential
investors including the directors themselves with a view to raising additional
funds sufficient to meet the Companys requirements for the forthcoming year.
Such funds may take the form of equity or debt.

A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
