The Company was notified on 15 January 2008 that Simon Davies purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each on 14 January 2008. Following this purchase Mr Davies now holds 400,000 ordinary shares  in  the
Company, representing approximately 4.2 per cent of its issued share capital.
