The Company was notified on 28 September that Simon Davis has purchased 25,000 Stockcube ordinary
shares at 10p each on 26 September 2006. Following the purchase of these shares, Simon Davis now holds
310,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.2 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.
