Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource company, received notification on 6 September 2012 that, following the disposal of 1,888,557 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 September 2012, Audley Capital Management Limited and Audley Investment Management Limited, as the investment advisers to Audley European Opportunities Master Fund Limited, Audley Natural Resources Master Fund and Marc Rich & Co Holding GMBH, are now interested in 63,836,443 ordinary shares, representing 6.88% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
