9. Chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights and/or the
financial instruments are effectively held, if applicable:

J.P. Morgan Clearing Corp. directly holds the 1,908,000 shares as custodian for
two funds, being Becker Drapkin Partners (QP) L.P. (as to 1,698,364 shares) and
Becker Drapkin Partners L.P. (as to 209,636 shares) (the "Funds"). The Funds
are both controlled undertakings of Becker Drapkin Management L.P. which is the
general partner and the investment manager of the Funds. Becker Drapkin
Management L.P. is a controlled undertaking of BC Advisors LLC which is the
general partner of Becker Drapkin Management L.P. BC Advisors LLC is a
controlled undertaking of Mr. Steven Robert Becker.

Becker Drapkin Management L.P., BC Advisors LLC and Mr. Steven Robert Becker
each hold an indirect interest in 1,908,000 shares, Becker Drapkin Partners (QP) L.P.
holds an indirect interest in 1,698,364 shares and Becker Drapkin Partners L.P.
holds an indirect interest in 209,636 shares.

Note: In a previous notification, which was announced to the market on 11 February 2014,
Becker Drapkin Management L.P. was identified as directly holding 660,000 shares on
behalf of the Funds. In fact, those shares were and are held through the same
structure of custodian and controlled undertakings as is described above. Since
the date of that notification, but prior to the date of this notification,
a further non-notifiable acquisition of 8,000 shares took place.
