accounts for the year to 30 September 2009 will be mailed to shareholders
shortly and will be available from the registered office at Lope Hill Road,
Leadgate Industrial Estate, Lope Hill, Consett, County Durham, DH8 7RS and from
the company's website at www.romag.co.uk.
The comparative financial information has been extracted from the 2008 Annual
report and financial statements of Romag Holdings plc. The 2008 financial
statements, which have been filed with the Registrar of Companies, received an
unqualified audit report and did not contain a statement under section 237 (2)
and (3) of the Companies Act 1985.
9. Annual general meeting
It is intended that the annual general meeting will take place at the company's
offices at Leadgate Industrial Estate, Leadgate, County Durham, DH8 7RS, on 4
February 2010. Notice of the annual general meeting will be sent to shareholders
with the annual report and financial statements.
