                            RAM INVESTMENT GROUP PLC
                              ("RAM" or "Company")

                                  Share Issue

RAM has placed 70,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each with Insinger de Beaufort
at a price of 60p per share, fully paid.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue
and application is being made for these shares to be traded on AIM.

The proceeds amounting to #42,000 (gross) will be used for working capital
purposes.
