The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made an allotment of
223,600 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the 2002/2003 offer for
subscription announced on 2 October 2002.



It is expected that dealings will commence on Wednesday 13 November 2002.



Mr WW Passmore has subscribed for 30,000 Ordinary Shares as part of this
allotment and following this his interest in the ordinary share capital will be
80,000 Ordinary Shares.
