Statement re Allotment of Shares QUESTER VCT 5 PLC Quester VCT 5 plc ("the Company") The directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made an allotment of 45,498 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the 2004/2005 offer for subscription announced on 23 December 2004.
