Quest Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 5, 2007) - Quest Capital Corp.
(TSX:QC)(AMEX:QCC)(AIM:QCC) is pleased to announce that on March 1, 2007, its Board of Directors
declared its quarterly dividend of CDN$0.02 per share to be paid on March 26, 2007 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on March 16, 2007.
